look for a cheap A fare on US or UA, they credit at 300% to M&M... so just about anywhere would work for you...

How much do you want to spend? Do you want something domestic or international? What have you been able to find so far?

Check US Air website for FLL-SEA flights. It's kind of expensive at about $750 RT but that's what you will pay for late planning. Regardless, it will give you 5820 miles to qualify.
