EgyptAir has entered the Social Networking World.
They now have Facebook, Twitter Pages, and a YouTube Channel.

I just asked them a question on Twitter and got an answer in 54 seconds. Great interaction.
There were also lots of people and passengers asking question on Twitter regarding the flight cancellations in London, and they were getting lots of important feedback and help from the Twitter pages.
