Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - 3 month old baby

Hi, I was wondering is someone could help me

I am a Royal Orchid Plus Gold Member.

I want to use some of my miles and am flying from Bangkok to Phuket return

Do I need to add my 3 month old daughter as a nominee ?

She will be on my lap

I think babies go free on domestic, or for 10%. Hardly worth using the miles.

The problem is their phones are never answered and they are not responding to my emails.

To get my girlfriend to travel using my miles I need to add her as a nominee

I just wanted to know if I have to add the baby to that list

But like you say Larry she should be free so I just need a ticket for her but thats the part I don't understand

I couldn't find any mention of it in the English Member's Handbook, but in the Japanese TG ROP page, it says that the nominees have to be at least 2 years old. If so then you won't be able to use miles for her, you'll have to pay the infant fee instead.

I am surprised you can't get through to them.

The first two points are as follows, and the 2nd point states the 2 year old age limitation:
•Each Royal Orchid Plus member may redeem Awards for family, friends or any individual of their choice using their Award Nominee List.
•Nominees must be 2 years of age or older. Corporations or other legal entities cannot be designated as Nominees.
