I'm done for the year and suprisingly 2010 was a pretty good RN year for me due to the double bonus during the first half of the year and the 500 bonus during the 3. Quarter. I earned a total of 49,312 UA miles this year which is better than in years past. If the 4. Quarter is any indication of what next year will be like then I won't have much to post at the end of 2010. Promotions and bonuses have been a joke since the 500 bonus points promo ended.

It was not a good year for AS points. I had over 20K points in 2009. But just over 13K this year. The quality of restaurants remains inconsistent to me so unless there's a great promotion on, I'm not even trying any more.

90,095 AA miles: I am pretty sure that over 85% of the miles earned were miles that had some bonus attached. In other words, maybe only around 12,000 miles were from only 5 miles per dollar dines. The fourth quarter would have been completely anemic except for a staff Xmas luncheon that accounts for almost a quarter of the miles Oct-Dec. By quarter:
1 19670
2 29019
3 32234
4 9172

I had an awful year this year.
AA: 1,832 Miles on 18 Dines
Compare that to 2009 where I had:
AA: 4,371 Miles on 30 Dines.
UA: 192 Miles on 1 Dine.

2008: 48,242
2009: 25,410
2010: 21,500

Wow, I'm amazed at the totals some of you are accumulating. Thanks in large part to bonuses, I earned 6,009 AA miles this year.

35,540 AAdvantage miles this year - a few HHonors points. Some active months, some nearly flat (the main difference is whether or not there was a bonus in play).
...The kicker for me was the All Double promotion being EXTENDED and then being quickly ending earlier than originally planned. I would have dined a lot more in the last 3 months of this year had this promo been in affect. (From another thread, and s/he said it better than I)

United: 19,000
Hilton: 19,605
I haven't had a United dine since the doubling promotion got canceled.
Almost all my Hilton dines were with a month-long Amex promo which gave triple points. I've only had three dines in the several months since it ended.

AA Miles Total (Plus a smattering of Delta (not listed) to keep the account active)
2010 29,914
2009 50,586
2008 56,572
Currently, Primecard with a little I-Dine. Also, Patina, Palm, and BR Guest have discount offers of 15-20% if you buy before the end of the year (a little more upscale than I usually go, but these deals cycle......).
35,201 AA and 7,671 UAL miles earned via the iDine program in 2010.
I split things more among AA, PC, and HH this year chasing the paltry promos:
AA 2006: 2,860 mi (7 dines)
AA 2007: 33,773 mi (32 dines)
AA 2008: 38,736 mi (32 dines)
AA 2009: 10,156 mi (20 dines)
AA 2010: 9,447 mi (14 dines)
PC 2009: 1,628 pts (4 dines)
PC 2010: 5,038 pts (11 dines)
HH 2009: 1,232 pts (1 dine)
HH 2010: 1,836 pts (3 dines)
A note to RN: I have 12% fewer dines this year than I did during the heydey of the promotions. @:-)

When they stopped offering double for rating I stopped bothering to seek out participating restaurants. I did do a few of the promos (All double No trouble, Birthday Bonus, etc) and I just registered for this new one.
22 VIP dines earned 10,300 total UA miles
in 2009 I earned closer to 25K and was more focused.
