I got a letter from USAirways today. Unlike other letters, this was manually addressed and came to me from "USAirways 7 Parkway Center, Pittsburgh, PA".
Enclosed I found two paper tickets for SOMEONE ELSE .. from Columbus, Ohio to Nassau. A note enclosed said they had to convert e-tickets to paper tickets.
Chairman's Preferred called and found out that there was a note in these people's record that they manually sent out these tickets but no one has any idea why they addressed my name. I sent it back at my expense, and at the post office's new and improved rates, that's one less $1 item off the value menu I can get at McDonalds. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
