US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Double tier miles/segments for BofA DM Visa promo

Has anyone received their double tier miles/segments for that Bank of America DM Visa promo that came out a month ago?

Maybe I'm jumping the gun (and being impatient), but I flew PHL-PIT last Weds. and nothing posted for that outside of the trip and a couple of "regular" double mile bonuses.

Perhaps it appears with the online booking bonuses, etc.

The bonus for segments that appreared on my March statement were posted after I got my April credit card bill, but not for my trips that had already taken place in April. I expect those to post when I get my May bill, and then the rest to post when I get my June bill.

I'll get my DM Visa statement in two weeks, so I guess I'll be patient until then.
