US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Missing URL in GP welcome package

So I got my GP package today, (2 SWU, 2 UP, 1 club, 0 tags) and in place of the glossy brochure and mini guide it just has one piece of paper which gives a URL to get the partner offer info (in place of the info contained in the mini guide) pitty the URL points to a page that doesn't exist....and customer service ends at 6:30...

Called CS, they said to wait for the Feb kits to come out for the partner offer info as they have not been settled yet.

My Silver packet (obtained via the Silver Challenge and a PIT/LGW trip) arrived yesterday. Same contents, right down to

I wasn't sure we'd even be GETTING the Feb packets, but with no Partner info in there I guess they'll almost HAVE to, no? (I can see it now, we'll get an "Addendum to Welcome Packet" containing just the Partner info http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif )

I know that in a threat some time ago the URL for this kind of stuff was posted. After an exhaustive search my efforts have drawn up empty. Does anyone recall what the URL was to check on this stuff? Looking for the CP info too.
