US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Oh no!

I just went through my envelopes and ticket jackets from my last trip. I realized that I gave my ticket jacket containing two DMUPSYS upgrades to the agent at the Special Services Counter in PIT and got a different jacket in exchange. #%A$A%$%$@

Can I get replacements?

I can only say "What a nightmare!!!"

The SWU's do say on the back that lost or stolen certs will not be replaced. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

It is a long shot...but you should call US and see if they will call PIT for you especially if this happened recently like in the last day or so? What did you intend to be in the ticket jacket you gave the PIT agent? Maybe your dumpsus's are somewhere. Also no harm in calling DM if that doesn't work to see if they can do anything.

Did you get them back or would they reissue them?
