US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-2005 America West merger) - Dining programs

Is it possible to be a member of Dividend Miles Dining and AAdvantage Dining at the same time - but using different credit cards?

I have credit cards tied to American, United, Delta and Continental. I use whichever card tied to the account I am trying to top off.
