US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Where can I transfer 5,000+ US Airways Miles?

Where can I transfer 5,000+ US Airways Miles? Or use them with another Airline (like AA in the past)?
I could not find anything on US Airways' website. No transfer to HHilton HHonors, I know this already.
Any ideas?

If you have AMEX points, transfer in 20,000 and redeem a coach ticket somewhere. There aren't really options for moving miles OUT of US.

Magazine subscriptions from MilePoint.com perhaps?

It may be possible to use your miles for a friend's award ticket if they are short miles. My sis was short miles for a 50K prem. domestic award & the agent asked her if I had extra miles. I, instead, had her buy the ticket--fare was not too bad; earn the miles & use her 30K+ (now close to 40K in her account) for 2 saver award seats to LA/Vegas from the midwest. I am not sure if this was a one time situation offered or if this can be done anytime.

Looks like I have to wait until US Airways "merges" with another airline!?
