US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Systemwide Question

I got my new gold package in the mail with systemwides that look strange to me. I have a total of four upgrades...two for me and two for a companion. They all say one-way systemwide upgrade on the top and they all have to DMUPSYS02 star code on them but two of them say "this coupon good for a one way one class upgrade on US Airways to any destination systemwide" and the other two say "this certificate is valid for a one class upgrade for up to 800 miles of one way travel on US Airways within North America". On the back under terms and conditions they both say 1)This certificate entitles you to a one way, one class upgrade on US Airways to any destination systemwide

Am I missing something

So in essence, you're saying that your North American Upgrades tell you that they're valid Systemwide?

I have not seen this message before, ever. I would re-read your upgrades....you may have read the t&c of your DMUPSYS2 by mistake.

Assuming you're not misreading the certificates, sounds like they messed up printing them. You should have two SWU's (DMUPSYS02) and two NAU's (DMUP01) or if you're CP you should just have four SWU's (two regular and two companion).

European based Golds and CP's get a different set of SWU's than N. American based. I don't have it in front of me but on the US award chart I remember seeing some upgrades listed "for European Preferred members only" or something like that...

I am not misreading them. There are two for me and two for a companion all with the DMUPSYS02 on them. T & C are only printed on the back of the two that are for me and not on the companinions and the T & C are identical on both.

I know European preferreds get different upgrades I was just shocked that they all had the same star code and had different things printed on them
