Hi! I am flying ABE-PIT-SEA in March on US in F and was wondering what a sample menu for breakfast and dinner would be.
Thank you for any information you can come up with. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Trans-con breakfast is fruit plate followed by up to 3 main choices (if you are unlucky, you get cereal/yoghurt).
Dinner is appetiser plate, salad, main course (3 choices) and dessert.
Does anyone know if the east bound trans-continental 2nd snack is back?

Snack is gone(along with ice cream for dessert). Meal service is the same as short haul, with the exception of a first course, and choice of breads. If you care about what you eat, seat yourself forward. I see no evidence of alternatively serving from the rear in one direction or the other. Simply stated, on a three row aircraft, row 3 is the "cereal row".

On my CLT-SEA flight last weekend they offered the snack basket a couple of times as the snack, but on the way back, nothing!
