Received a nice surprise today in the mail.
A fancy letter from the senior Vice president of marketing.
" To show our appreciation for the exceptional amount of business you have given US Airways in 2001, we are pleased to extend your membership to the US Airways club through February 28, 2003."
Attached the new club card!!!!
I was completely stunned because I had flown just a little bit more than 50.000 miles and had never received a free club membership in 8 years of being an elite flyer (Gold Preferred all the time). I am guessing it also might be a privelege for customers with european adresses and who qualified traditional and had a club membership last year.
Anyway as most of the times US is doing the littel extra to make me happy and of course they will get my business in return pleasure or business.
