US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Isom Email

Has anyone who sent Mike Isom an email after the US chat last week had any response? Just wondering, as he seemed open to helping. Any he wouldn't have given out the address if he didn't mean it.

Although I'm not at liberty to discuss specifics of the situation, I know of one person who sent him an email and got a personalized response with a favorable outcome to their situation.

I sent him an email a few days ago for clarification on something in the chat. He responded that same day.

I have communicated with Mike a couple times and received a quick and friendly response. He sure seems to be both genuine and quite interested in our various topics of discussion.
