Hello Folks,

Firstly, I am not sure whether this is the appropriate place for this post, but I posted it here to get nevertheless to get informed comments from fellow travellers thru T3..

I made some DF purchases in the C2 DF - West.. Now the 1st time they billed me incorrectly and also debited my debit card.. I checked the bill and told them , then they reversed an incorrect amount , then again debited incorrect amount , then reversed it , then finally debited the correct amount !!!
It resulted in my having 4 debit reversals charge slips and 3 credit reversal charge slips..

Now, when i check my bank account (its a debit card), I see that all the debits have happenned properly but though there are 3 reversal credits there, amounts of 2 of those reversals dont match with the charge slips !!!!

I have written to my banker asking for clarification and its already been 3 weeks.. Wanted to know , is there any way to contact the df shop thru some email to ask them to check and do the corrections ..I dont know where the mistake has happenned but it has left me short changed :confused::(

Any advise..

Good work. I'm going to go ahead and close this thread, since the OP may have found a solution to his problem.
