Singapore - Universal Studios - Door Sales

Do any locals know what walk in / door sales tickets are like during December? I want to visit the park early next week (mon-tues) but can't book tickets online. No availability. I would like to presume that it simply means their online allocation is all sold, but door sales are still available. Is that the case or should I be planning another activity for the day?

Getting mid-week tickets on the spot shouldn't be problem.

Double-checking my own advice, turns out that all of Dec is school holiday season and thus a "peak" time, although only Xmas/NY are "super-peak". You might want to turn up early to increase your odds.
