US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - bonuses not posting

I flew on Friday and again on Sunday. Both flights have posted, but the double bonus did not. Anyone else having this problem? Normally, the bonuses appear with the segments.

Yeah, I have had a big problem with DM in the last few months. I have to call for EVERYTHING I want posted (aside from the normal segments and status bonus). It is really annoying.

Same here. Bonuses have NEVER posted with the segments. The last time I called the agent said that "it looked like I was registered for everything and the bonuses probably aren't posting automatically because alot of them can't be combined." I guess this is one of the drawbacks of registering every time a new bonus comes along. Of course, the drawback is that every time you have to call it gives them another opportunity to scrutinize your account.

I've almost always received all bonuses automatically. The only problem I've ever had is with 1,000 mile online booking bonus and one time with an extra bonus based on 3 online bookings within a certain calendar period.

I have never had mileage removed from my account, but these reports do give me a pause.

My miles and bonuses for this weekend posted. Got both the "9/11" double miles and the double miles through the end of the year I was also registered for. However, I have NEVER gotten hotel or car miles without emailing.

I have gotten all my double miles lately. I made silver and I got those bonus miles. The only one I haven't received was using the kiosk at Logan last week.

My 2 travelling companions and I got standard, elite + Amex triple bonus, but no double miles, for flights on Saturday. Since it's effectively the same if not more, I guess I can't get too greedy and ask for more.

I received the amex & columbus triple mile on top of the GP double miles for a milage run this weekend, but not the 5k Florida bonus or the online bonus. I guess 13000+ miles for a 2400 mile flight leaves very little to complain about. I hope it just takes a couple of extra days for them to post.

I wonder if it is worth calling about?

Do not call and have them look at your account or they will adjust the promotions you are not suppose to receive. Do not get too greedy.

So, are the double miles supposed to post along with your flight miles? Mine definitely have not done so...

My double miles bonuses have been posting at the same time as my flights. No problems there. Of course, my 1000 mile bonuses for buying tickets online never seem to show up - so who knows.

I have a question concerning the "double miles bonus" - does this mean anything extra for the gold preferred member who already gets double miles on all flights anyway?

If you're gold, you get another 100% bonus on top of your gold bonus, so a total of 200% bonus miles in addition to base miles.

So, for a 500 mile flight you get 500 base miles + 500 Gold bonus miles + 500 Double bonus miles, for 1,500 miles total.

Although I signed up on the website for double miles and first time online booking, none of the bonuses were posting. I had to call the service center to get them posted retroactively. For some reason I wasn't registered. Bad web site.

My "double miles" have not been posting either. The first time or two they posted it manually. For a trip just completed nov 11th they refused at the "gold preferred" center to manually post, and instead told me that they had sent this problems to the computer programmers! This was a week ago. I called yesterday and they said I had to wait for the computer programmers????

What is going on here?????

Well, mine still aren't posting but that is quickly remedied by a detailed message to the dm e-mail address.

Mine too. Might be due to excessive bonus registration as some have noted.

Mine didn't post either, so I called the Preferred Service Center, waited on hold for about 20 minutes to talk to a real person, then explained I had registered for this bonus but it hadn't posted. They verified that indeed I had registered before flying, and that they had no idea why the bonuses didnt post automatically. They entered them manually however.

I have a question I haven't seen addressed. I received the e-mail from US Airways 8/23 saying that as a US shuttle customer I am pre-registered and will earn double miles on my next 3 US round trip flights by 12/31 (no bonus code or registration necessary--and I've never flown the shuttle, btw).

I also registered for 7437, double miles till 12/15. Are these combinable? I haven't flown since then, but have 3 CLT-LAX trips planned between now and the end of the year. I also assume these promos won't count towards preferred, but I already have gold again anyway...guess only difference would be NA upgrades.

I got both the "9/11" double miles and the "shuttle" double miles (on non-shuttle flights). Both showed up when the flights posted.

Anyone getting the 1,000 mile Kiosk bonus ? I still have not received credit for this one.

Yeah I got one. It's only 1000 miles the first time then it's supposed to drop to 50. You can only use the kiosk to check in if you don't have a confirmed upgrade as the kiosk isn't smart enough to take a DMUP01 NAU. When you get the bonus it appears like this:

I got this by checking ITN and making sure there was lots and lots of F/A/G inventory so felt comfortable doing the kiosk thing for the bonus and then upgrading in the club.

My Kiosk usage of 1/14 just posted today

Anyone know what Miles for Magazines bonus is? It looks like it might be the extra mileage bonus but not sure why it is called that...

I had 3 1,000 mile online booking bonuses from April, June, and August just post this month. I would have completely forgotten about them.

Have any of you other WAS/LGA/BOS folks seen this bonus posting???

BTW, I had one segment on Jan. 23 and Two segments on Feb. 2. My V fare segments posted the DOUBLE MILES bonus; my Y fare segment posted the DOUBLE TIER MILES bonus. I have not received the #8923 bonus.

I do get WAS/LGA/BOS bonus automatically. It shows as

STARWOOD BOS/LGA/DCA BONUS 2500


However I didn't get the online booking bonus miles (#4709). I filled out
mile adjustment form last Friday. The bonus miles were just added into my account today.
