The nonprofit South American Explorers (HQ in Ithaca, NY) has a wonderful clubhouse in Buenos Aires:

Otherwise, a number of events and offerings are available to the public. Among them are parties and classes... example this week:
Spanish Language courses (call or e-mail to enroll):

+ Cost: Free for Members, ARG$8 for Non-members
Full disclosure: SAE is a nonprofit organization (IRS 501 (c)(3) and I am a lifetime member (perhaps 30 years duration to date), and have been an avid ser of their services. Clubhouses in Buenos Aires, Cusco, Lima and Quito, HQ in Ithaca, NY, USA.
Training in the Park
Come join us for our group physical training session around
Puerto Madero and the stunning reserve. The first few sessions
shall be free for members, so do take full advantage. Ida, who
is working with us has over 5 years experience as a private
professional trainer in California. The group sessions shall be
catered for all levels, and Ida uses an integrative approach in
her sessions by incorporating various forms of exercise including
strength training, cardio conditioning, yoga, boxing, etc. as part
of a progressive system. It is recommended to wear comfortable
clothing, training shoes and bring water! RSVP here.

+ Location: Main entrance to Puerto Madero Reserve
+ Cost: Free for Members, $5 Pesos for Non-members
