US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-2005 America West merger) - 757 coach seat

I did some research but failed to find the answer I needed. I know row 8 is the emergency row in the 757. Which seats in row 8 have the emergency exit slide protruding into them?

I always turn left when getting onto a 757 so take this with a grain of salt but as I occasionally have to pause for a bit while someone stows bags or something I seem to recall that the seats on the right are somewhat obstructed -- F would be the worst but still much, much better than 13B :-)

8A and 8F are right behind the slide.

The slide is not too intrusive as far as leg room goes. The only concern I'd have is that it's cold by the doorside seat especially without blankets. Row 7 is really the emergency exit row.

You want to get 8B, 8C, 8D, or 8E. 8A and 8F have the emergency slide there, and I would contend that for anyone taller than 5'10" or so that it will seriously impede your legroom.

Row 7, such as it is, is literally right next to 2R on the bulkhead. It's not bad, but the only window you get is the fisheye-portal in the door. I just sat 7F PIT-LAX this weekend.

Yea - I like the legroom on row 7, but the view sucks http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif I thought 8A/B were COLD!
