Sandia Shuttle www.sandiashuttle.com is a great shuttle service from ABQ-Santa Fe-ABQ with multiple pick up locations from the hotels to the South Capitol Railrunner Station and Water/Sandoval Streets in Downtown Santa Fe for those not staying at hotels.
The cost is $27 each way and can be booked online. I can vouch for their professional and on-time service. I have used them since 2001 without any issues and the drivers are fun to talk to and they handle the luggage well.
At ABQ Airport you go to their checkin counter located in the Baggage Claim and checkin and then wait in the designated area for the shuttle. On the return you arrive at your scheduled stop 10-15 minutes before and you will arrive curbside at your respective terminal.
I believe they have carseats for kids but I am not positive. Some shuttles are vans and others use their mini bus.
