Just saw this on website when u click on gift cards. You will still get points when you redeem gift cards. Good till 12-15. EVERY order 50$ or more gets the 500 miles bonus. Value of cards goes up to 300$ but if you want to get some extra miles w/UA and plan on staying at a Choice property in nxt year, then grab a bunch of 50$ cards. Heck, I think w/some states laws these cards might not expire, but at the very least I think in FAQ it said a year.The list of particpating properties is- well I couldn't find any that did not participate in my home area and in 3 other states I'll be traveling nxt month. Rc'vd card today, ordered Monday. No expiration date and no mnt'nce fee. There's no name on the card so it's transferrable.

Read the OP again: "Good till 12-15." That was presumably when the miles promo expired (it wasn't the ability buy the gift cards themselves that expired, obviously).
