Best Western Rewards - When does the winter promo come?

Just curious when the BW winter promo comes typically, and if it is typically anything worth while?

In terms of timing, it'll be at least after all the holidays are over. They have a history of skipping that time.

In terms of type of promotion, BW is evolving lately, and I don't see any pattern being followed from last year to this year, so I don't expect any pattern going forward based on the past.

I can just imagine that as they "tier" their properties they could come up with a new kind of promotion to promote that (stay at a particular tier or a mix of tiers or whatever).
