HI all,
I am connecting changi from AKL on the way to HKG in a couple of weeks and want to bring a few bottles of champagne
My question is, does anyone know if they typically offer good value, 2 bottle pack deals etc. on champagne?
Also, on a related note, I will have 2 hours T3-T3, will i have enough time to skytrain to T2 to do some shopping there?
Cheers

In Hong Kong Champagne (Any Alcoholic drink under 30% VOL) is no longer taxed, so you might find it cheaper here.

I'm flying back to SIN in a few days and will try to scan the selection for you. (Apologies in advance if I forget or get pressed for time, blame it on early onset aging!)
As for your other question, two hours to transit between two flights at T3 gates will give you a fair bit of time to go to T2. Assume that you have 30 minutes to shop (reckon the Skytrain comes every 5 minutes and the terminals are say two minutes apart once you're on the Skytrain). You might want to look at the Changi Airport website first to see if it tells you what stores there might be so there are specific stores for you to go to rather than randomly window shopping.

I'm thinking the strong SG$ and the relatively weak HK$ is going to make this a better buy in Hong Kong.
I did find this - http://www.dfsgalleria.com/en/singapore/liquor/champagne

Damn, prices cheaper from supermarkets here in NZ! Will just give it a go in HK.
