US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-2005 America West merger) - How to Use 300K miles

I have a total of 300K miles and would like to use them for a trip. I have a wife and 2 five year old boys. I would appreciate any suggestions on how how I should use the miles to go somewhere. Thanks.

Kind of tough to suggest without knowing what you like. Beach? Grand Cayman. Europe? Paris, Brussels, Rome, etc. Theme parks? Orlando. Give us some idea. We can't read the minds of you and your family.
