Hello everyone
I hope I am on the right page to post a thread.
I will travel to South America in march starting with Rio in Brazil and then I will also travel in Argentina and Peru.
I still need to choose the locations but ideally I would like to visit in 3 weeks the Amazones, Pantanal and few cities on the brazilian coast.
In Argentina also 3 weeks visiting Buenos Aires, Iguazu, Ushuaia, Patagonia
In Peru 2 weeks visiting Machu Picchu, Inca trail, Cuzco, Nazca
Do you think that it will be possible within 2 months?
I just started to plan things but after 1 week I would like to be realistic and see if I can make it without rushing too much.
Could you please suggest me especially after Rio where should I start my trip as I would like to finish with the brazilian coast going back to Rio,so after Argentina and Peru but I read few post and found out that Manaus and between Recife and Bahia is quite rainy and the weather is not good in april as in march?
Thanks in advance
Angelo
welcome to FlyerTalk, sup3rnova.
You have posted in an area usually used to post the results of your trip, not a request for help. Not a problem. You can search this Trip Report area for ideas from others trips.
To get members to help answer questions or give advice, you might want to repost in the "Travel and Dining" section, then go down to "South America". It helps to provide a bit more information. Where are you coming in from. What you like to do. How many of you will be traveling (adults, children). How do you plan to travel (air, drive, cruise, bus tour)? When you are planning to travel... Traveling on points, money, or other (mix). Preferred carriers and lodging.
We visited parts of So. Am. as part of a 20 day cruise. Our trip report is posted in this section. Not to appropriate to what you are doing, but some of the pieces may be.

As the OP is asking for guidance on trip planning this is best placed in the South America forum. Hopefully the Argentina experts will also pop over and help.

Welcome to Flyer Talk.
First you can do all that you want to do in two months. You did not mention your budget, how you want to travel, etc, which would be helpful for us to know.
For ordering your itinerary it would be good to know where you are going from. Brazil is gigantic, Argentina is very long. In terms of logistics you might be best off to begin your trip in the south (fly to Buenos Aires or Santiago) and gradually work north until you would depart from Manaus or Recife going back home. That would save you an enormous amount of backtracking. The later you go to Manaus the better because the best tourist times are when it is somewhat less rainy (it never is really dry) in mid-winder (June-September) so I'd choose Manaus last in your itinerary.
Planning flights and budgeting are dependent on the extent that you can get promotional fares. Although TAM (Brazil) and LAN (Chile) are the biggest carriers and are part of LATAM LAN is OneWorld and TAM is Star Alliance, while Aerolineas Argentinas is joining SkyTeam.
If you give us more details we'll be able to help more. It certainly should be a grand two month tour.

Have a look at the South America airpass (by LAN and TAM) and Brazil airpass (TAM), to reduce the airfare. To minimize travel you can fly to Foz do Iguacu (IGU) in Brazil then cross to Argentina and fly from Puerto Iguassu (IGR) to Buenos Aires and beyound (this way you can also save the Argentina reciprocity fee if you are American).
When exactly are you going to travel? Pantanal is a very interesting place, but it's mostly underwater until about May and travel on your own is difficult - arrange all transport with the hotel.
