Question.....Made preferred this year after meeting a challenge (first time I didn't make it the "normal" way in a few years). So, I did the 6,250 back in May/June. I've flown another 8,500 since then which brings my total annual count to 14,750.
Am I entitled to the four 800 mile upgrade certs now or after I fly 10,000 miles after having requalified for Silver?

I believe the "counter" resets to zero once you qualify for status. In other words, you'll have to fly another 1,500 miles to get some coupons.

Your counter resets when you attain a new level and on March 1st.
So did you do the "challenge" to qualify or re-qualify back in May/June?

[B] This is actually for the wife.</font>OK, if she was going from being a plain vanilla Dividend Miles member to a Silver Preferred in May/June, the Upgrade Counter would, in this case, start when she achieved Silver status. Since she has flown 8.5k since, she should receive the NAUs in 1,500 miles.
