I used my Priority club discount found on priority website. I tried 3 car rental companies listed, AVIS, HERTZ and BUDGET. Budget has the lowest rate after all.
I eventually booked a 5 days weekly rental for $169 + tax. Full size rate is $169, quoted as same as standard size. I used the pay it now option.
