US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Double Mileage bonus from August

If anyone has the email that was sent out and could paste the text here, I'd appreciate it. It was the one, "as a valued US Airways Shuttle Customer......." etc, offering double miles until the end of the year. I got them for two segments....and then, after I became Chairman's, they stopped posting. Interestingly, I haven't gotten the double miles for the "double miles systemwide" promo either.

The CP person asked me to read the email I got so they could find the promotion. I can't believe they don't have it...but nonetheless, if anyone still has the email, I'd appreciate your posting it. I can't find mine.

Note: My first two bonus segments posted automatically, but had to have a CSR post the next four manually--she said it was the way the system was programmed, it was not picking them up properly. (edited for grammar)

Same experience. Have had to have manual postings done 3 times. Code is in the system but doesn't post the bonus.
Call CP to have it fixed.

BTW, Tribe Flyer......a GREAT end to the World Series, wouldn't you agree????
