US Airways Begins Philadelphia-Barbados Flights

US Airways begins daily nonstop roundtrip service today between Philadelphia and Barbados, with its passenger- preferred A320-family aircraft.

The flight will depart Philadelphia at 9:35 a.m. and will arrive in Barbados at 3:28 p.m. From Barbados, the flight will depart at 4:25 p.m. and will arrive in Philadelphia at 8:38 p.m.

Too bad they didn't keep the originally announced daily service. They aren't flying it T-W-Th.

Wow. The cheapest fare is over $700. Hard to make that work, compared to $200 to $400 for many other Caribbean destinations.
