Hello,

I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing moving schedules to my degree, or worse. I have reservations for Christmas on 12/21 to fly to Bangor, Maine (BGR). They have cancelled the flights twice, involving two complete schedule changes. I'm not even flying the same day I started anymore. It's very frustrating because they aren't notifying me at all.

This is a continuing problem we are all having. Initially, it was all cuts. Now they are starting to add flights back in. It really keeps us on our toes.

I was booked on a F100 CLE-CLT for the first week of January and I knew it was only going to be a matter of time before it got cancelled. As it turns out, I'm flying to GNV, which only gets 3 flights a day. The only rebook they offered me was later that evening and it isn't going to work. I was booked at 10am, and DL has flights that will work but they will not rebook me on them. I have e-mailed Customer Relations and snail mailed, hopefully I can get some results.

Catwood-
I've had to replan two different international trips because of schedule cancellations, both over the holidays. Like you, I'm also not flying on the days originally scheduled, nor was I notified. US isn't the only carrier with this problem, though. I'm also holding reservations to Hawaii for Christmas on American and called for seat assignments the other day and found that our flight on Christmas Day has been cancelled and we're now flying the day after, shortening our vacation by a day. In addition, I was holding reservations on Continental next weekend to San Jose for a wedding and called to check and was told that my outbound flight from BWI at 5PM on Friday was cancelled and they had reaccomodated me on a 2PM departure, which was unacceptable, prompting me to ask the agent when they were going to notify me? Consequently, I'm now going into SFO, since there were no flights into SJO that they could find. The only good thing that came out of it was that they upgraded me on the roundtrip due to the inconvenience. So, my advice is to check constantly, regardless of airline, because nobody's calling anybody as far as I can tell.

How do you get upgraded when they make you change? My friend flying from maine to florida had them do it automatically and she has no status with US, I asked on my second change and they said no.
