Despite the seeming conflict in describing the pricing ($99, or "from $99"?), a quick check of the properties in Boston, LA, DC & Phila suggests that as in 2010 this really is a $99 sale. Alas, some properties -- most obviously, the Omni Berkshire Place in midtown Manhattan -- are not participating.
