US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Boston 1500 bonus miles promo

Can anyone confirm receiving the 1500 DM Boston round trip bonus for tickets purchased before the promo was announced?

I don't know the answer to that, but what I would like to know is exactly what it means that this offer is not combinable with other bonuses except the "standard online booking bonus". What about bonus miles from elite status? What about the bonus miles from Student Advantage (which are for online booking, but are presumably not "standard")?

My girlfriend and I flew 9/5/01 bos-pit-sfo. I'm sp and she isn't. We both registered for the Boston promotion the same day, she received the miles and I didn't. I haven't had a chance to call the service ctr yet, but I guess that I'll have to call to get credit.
