Was looking at the winter schedule for Seattle and looks like we are going all Airbus (319/321). Right now, a good number of the flights are 757.

Down from 12 to 9 frequencies, including the loss of the red-eye to PHL (which did operate last winter).

But the BWI nonstop (currently A321 BWI-SEA and A319 SEA-BWI), which I thought was seasonal, remains as an A319 in both directions.

I know the schedule in Seattle always gets reduced in winter, to allow for more planes to serve warmer places, but was just wondering if anyone knew how many frequencies US had in Seattle last winter.

Remember, US is committed to taking the 757s off of transcon (per Ganagwal's address to the analysts - see the news release on the US airways site). The 321s/320s/319s (along with a scattered 767) will be what we see for the most part from now on. The '57s will be shifted over to the Fla. routes, and probably between the hubs.
