US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Quantas partner?

Is Quantas still a US Airways partner? If so, how difficult would it be to use Dividend Miles to fly Quantas to Papua New Guinea in business class?

Quantas is not the name of an airline, but Qantas is and is still a US Airways partner. It's best to call to check availability for your dates of travel, but from what I understand, premium (business or first) class seats are hard to come by and need to be reserved way in advance (several months).
