US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - US Airways - Hertz CDP offers

I've gotten myself into a little pinch and have to rent a car for a day. Unfortunately, I've left my little credit card sized US Airways Silver benefits booklet at the office.

Does anybody know what Hertz CDP offers are listed by US Airways?
