Southwest Rapid Rewards - Credit exipiration?

I need to earn my 16th credit by 12/9/10 and I'm currently 3 credits short and only anticipate earning 1.5 more before expiration.
What happens if I don't earn my 16th credit by 12/9/10. Will my account revert back to ZERO or can I pay a $50 fee to have my credit reinstated?
Also, is there any relatively cheap way to earn a quick 1.5 credits before 12/9/10?
Thanks in advance!

Only the credit that is 2 years old will expire on 12/9/10. It's a rolling 2 year period. Credits cannot be reinstated. Teleflora is having a double credit promo, so you get 1 full RR credit for a 34.99+ purchase and rental cars are fairly cheap on weekends for 1/2 credit if you just get one from your home airport.
Current promo offers 1.5 credits for a 2 day Alamo rental.

Also, Alamo offers 1.5 credits for a 2 day rental. I use them quite a bit at LAX on weekends, even when not flying WN.

Some hotel chains like Choice (Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Sleep Inn) allow you to use your points to buy WN credits. Chck your hotels program to see if you can convert their points to WN RR credits.
