Chicago - ORD Delays 11/22

ATC is delaying aircraft into/out of ORD this afternoon due to weather, a tornado watch is in effect for much of Illinois - does not include the Chicago area.

My MSN-ORD flight is delayed 90 min right now

it is ORD, flights were delayed yesterday due to low ceilings. The winds were quite high as well.

We are into the mid 60's now, yet it is expected to drop to 30 by this evening.

Barley got out to IAD this afternoon at around 4:30 pm. Just as we pulled back they closed the ramp at UA due to lightning. Then after a slow taxi down B to D we skirtted the line of lots of planes (probably westbounders) to take of on 28 and end up early at Dulles.

The pilot told us it was either go through the bumps or wait for 90mins for another hole.

They had a nice ground stop in the early morning delaying one my flights out, a tornado did land in Loves park which is near rockford abou 60miles North
