US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Do purchased upgrades expire?

Pretty straight-forward question ... do purchased upgrades expire? Just want to know if I should use them first or last if I purchased and free ones ...

I have most of a book of purchased upgrade coupons from the 1995-96 timeframe. They do not have an expiration date and I have been told that they do not expire.

My coupons do not have an expiration date. However, some I purchased that were issued on ticket stock (no booklets at the counter) expire in one year.

I just used one I bought in 1993. That was when you bought a book of 10 for $300 but got 11 coupons. I have 1 left.

I still have a bundle that say USAir! And they're still valid! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Can purchased upgrades be transfered? I want a get a few 800 milers since it will be a month before I get my own and do not want to use the SWUs etc.
