US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - De Havilland Dash 8 seats

What would you suggest for a De Havilland Dash 8 Turboprop seat? I don't wany to be stuck in a seat with no windows, nor bulkhead, but I want to the closest to the front of the aircraft, as that is where they load.

US Air seems to use these planes extensivley in the Northeast for little commuter flights. Thanks!
