hey, I'll be traveling through JFK on Monday for a Jet Blue Flight to Orlando. Have either airports installed scanners? If so I'd like to opt out of both (cancer runs in my family).

How invasive should I expect a pat down to be--are we talking fingers between the ... cheeks and breast massages? I also don't plan on going to private room later either for consensual assault so are there tips for not being a victim in the "name of safety?"

JFK - BKSX now in operation! No machines installed in JetBlue (B6) Terminal!

I know Terminal 8 (AA) got Porn-o-Vision a few weeks ago...

So you might still be safe at the JetBlue terminal..

If I get stopped for a sexual abuse search... my strategy will be as follows:

I think under N.Y. Penal Law 130.52, that action could be considered: "Forcible Touching Intentionally for no legitimate purpose, D grabs, squeezes or pinches the sexual or other intimate parts of V for purpose of degrading/abusing or gratifying own desire"

a) The No Legitimate Purpose is up in the air and up to a judge to rule;
b) "grabs and squeezes" that falls under some of the actions reported by the media on these new TSA measures;
c) Gratify own desire, most TSA agents seem to be enjoying these actions.
So it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility to consider this a Sexual Offense. Anyone with legal knowledge care to comment, it seems that if they try to touch me I could file a claim against the agent. JFK and LGA are in NY State, but they are patrolled by Port Authority Police, not sure how that would work..
