US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Promotion Code on US.com Reservations?

I was just pricing some flights on US's website and noticed something new... When clicking on the "more options" button your'e brought to a page that has, toward its bottom, an input field prompting for a Promotion Code, among its "pricing options". I also noticed that the previously selectable, but nonworking, E-Values program is no longer listed.
E-Values, I guess we never found out what it was... Promotion Code sounds hopeful... will this be something akin to Northwest's E-certs, where coupons for reduced airfare can be "redeemed" online; or better yet a way to enter a Gold File number for negotitated discounts.? Any thoughts?

This is a new feature added by US. It allows you to enter in special certificate codes like the zone fare certificates that you get from places like Giant and whatnot. Originally you could only book those through res, but they've added the feature to permit on-line booking. I think they first did special fare pricing for the 2000 RNC convention in PHL.

I wish they could do this for cash travel vouchers. I have a voucher I wanted to use on a flight for this coming weekend. However, I could not redeem it online, and the fare I was after was a "web-only" fare. Normal reservations priced my trip at nearly $200 more! I even tried holding the reservation online and going to the CTO to buy the ticket using my flight voucher. Oh well.
