Well, I had success in confirming two SWU's on this route for August travel! How much air time is PHL-MAN? Will I be able to both enjoy the service and get some sleep?!

The scheduled block time of US196 PHL-MAN is 7:00. This is the time from departure to arrival, so you will want to shave off a few minutes for ground time and schedule padding.
I've found that on the Northeast-UK short transatlantic hops it is hard to fit in both meal services and still get enough time to sleep. There is barely enough time to sleep without taking all the food. If you are ok with just a few hours rest, you can enjoy the whole dinner service or opt for the Express service (all on one tray). Since the flight leaves after 8:00pm, you might have already eaten, in which case you might want to get right asleep but wake up in time for the breakfast. Breakfast is almost universally unimpressive in business class on these flights.
