Mileage Run Discussion - Need 17k points (25k miles) on AA LHR based

Hi All;

I have done quite a bit of J class flying this year which gives me rather more points than miles flown. But I haven't done enough to retain my EXP, so can anyone help with a weekend routing out of LHR that might enable me to make either 17k points or 25k miles?

My assumption is that I will need to fly to RDU and then commence a separate MR from there.

I am prepared to lose 3 days of my life to accomplish this.

the 25k eqm will probably be cheapest....so, 2 tickets...lhr-rdu-lhr plus rdu-hnl-rdu should do it....

as you probably know, there are many threads in this forum on your topic in which you may find the best routing...

In the end a round trip to HKG on AY in J made the most sense for me, gets me the points I need.
