I reserved a King exec at the french quarter new orleans for this weekend.
I checked in this afternoon, and was informed that they only have std doubles available.
I was obviously upset because I had a weekend with my lady friend.
I asked for some sort of compensation and was given free parking.
Am I entitled to anything from BW for this? I did use my free night certs here which worked well because rate on the king exec was 199+tax/night.

Truthfully if it was just me I would not care at all, but I have work to do in the morning on my computer and do not even have a desk. Plus I am not thrilled about sharing a double bed either.
Also internet does not work I had to use my Sprint card, I called the front desk and could not even get anyone to answer. I saw the front dest guy in the courtyard and as he walked by he told me to call the 800 number and kept walking. I have received better service at the Super 8!
