Diners Club Club Rewards - USA online statement missing Club Rewards section [October 2010]

My November statement is available and the online version is missing the entire Club Rewards activity section. I verified my point balance with Diners, but no information to explain if this omission was an error or part of a redesign.

I have noticed with my past two paper statements that there was an incert regarding Club Rewards and on the back displayed the BMO logo and Harris Bank logos. Also on my paper statement on the back in the fine print states that "Harris N.A. is the issuer of the Diners Club Card."

Today I notice that Yodlee Moneycenter (https://moneycenter.yodlee.com/moneycenter/mfalogin.moneycenter.do) cannot retrieve a Club Rewards balance for my account, but it can still retrieve it for my spouse's account which closes early next week.

I just noticed my latest statement for Nov 1st no longer has the link for showing my Diners Club Rewards balance.. anyone else seen this?

Same here. Meant to call them today about it.

EDIT: I called today. The CSR had no idea that this information was removed. She was able to provide me with my points earned last month and my total Club Rewards balance, both of which sounded reasoable.

She did mention that there have been a lot of changes to the monthly account statements of late.

EDIT 2: Got the statement in the mail today (one cannot turn off paper statements). The Club Rewards points are there. This is just plain weird

Club Rewards appear again on the November statement.

Payment/Remit to address is no longer "the lakes" NV, but now Des Moines, IA. Getting closer to Canada!!
