Texas - any good restaurants around DFW area?

Hi all, just looking for your quick advice on a relatively nice restaurant around the DFW area (not too far, such as Dallas itself), where some business colleagues and I could have dinner before a flight?

On the last similar "occasion" I recall, we went to Pappas Steakhouse off NW Highway (Loop 12), just West of IH35 (actually on Lombardy Lane), an easy 15 minutes to the N. entrance of DFW. Upscale and up-priced, an expense account venue, but nice atmosphere and service (although it's been a year ago).

We ended up going to a place called Ferrari's in Grapevine just north of DFW, which was just fine -- a relatively fancy place, but probably just right for our group.

Next time the search function will probably yield you a LOT of great suggestions from some of us locals who have taken the time to answer this question many times in the past. ;)
