US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - First flight 2,000 mile bonus still there?

It doesn't say so on the US DM page but is indicated in the randy petersen handbook that US offers a 2,000 mile bonus for the first time you fly US after you sign up wit DM. Does anyone know anything about this? (Like many others, I first joined US when Piedmont existed seperately so I forget!)

I joined the Dividend Miles program about two years ago and got 2000 miles bonus after my first flight. So did my wife who joined about six months later... Dunno anyone with more recent experience than that.

Make sure your first flight (if before Dec. 31, 2000) is through USAirways.com so you can get the 5,000-mile bonus.
