US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Midnight for US reservations purpose

Can anyone confirm that "midnight" for reservations (and upgrading) as far as US is concerned is 12 am Eastern Time? I assume this is the case due to US's geographic location, and also usairways.com cancelling unticketed reservations at 11pm Central Time.

I'm not 100% positive, but I'm pretty sure US Airways clocks are based on Eastern Time, for the purposes of cancelling a reservation at midnight and processing a Preferred upgrade.

Defnitely midnight Eastern Standard Time for all upgrading purposes. Have tested it at 9 pm Pacific Time on the west coast and 6 am the next day in Western Europe. As most of US Airways the focus is on the Eastern part of the US and that is the time they go by.
Agreed with everyone else. With the vast majority of USAirways cities in Eastern time, it makes sense http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif And on to of that if you ever hold anything through USAIRWAYS.COM it says you have till 11:00PM CDT (or midnight EST) to confirm as you mentioned.
I've been told that Chairman's Preferred upgrades clear 7 day in advance at 12:01.

I concur. I've also tested out the upgrades from the West coast. I've been able to do it at 9:00 p.m. PST. I've wondered, however, what would happen if you got routed to the US Airways reservation center located in SAN sicne they know that it's 9:00 p.m. when you call.
