SALE FARE REQUIREMENTS: Fares are for roundtrip Coach travel on US Airways,
US Airways Shuttle or US Airways Express operated by Mesa Airlines. Roundtrip
purchase required. Tickets become nonrefundable 24 hours after making an initial
reservation, however changes may be made for a minimum $50 fee. Tickets must
be purchased within 24 hours of making reservations, but no later than 10/9/00.
Travel applies on scheduled flights all day Saturday through 3:15 PM Sunday
between 10/7/00 and 10/29/00. All travel must be completed by 10/29/00. Fares do
not include $2.50 federal excise tax, which will be imposed on each flight
segment of your itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a
landing. Fares do not include $3-6 airport passenger facility charges where
applicable. Seats are limited or may be sold out during very busy travel times,
or holiday periods. Other conditions may apply.
