Chicago - Circus Train - see the animals walk to/from AllState Arena - Des Plaines

The Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus Train is anticipated to arrive in Des Plaines on Tuesday, November 2, 2010. The train will arrive at the spur line tracks on Howard Street, west of Wolf Road, at approximately 7:30 pm, with the animals walking to the AllState Arena in Rosemont starting at approximately 8:00 pm.

The parade route will be east on Howard Street from Wolf Road to Lee Street, south on Lee Street to Touhy Avenue, east on Touhy Avenue to Chestnut Street, and south on Chestnut to the All State Arena. The animals are tentatively expected to return to the tracks shortly after their last performance, at approximately 7:30- 8:00 pm, Sunday, November 14, 2010.

Any idea if they do something similar getting to the UC?

Any idea if they do something similar getting to the UC?one would think, I stumbled upon this tidbit as I was searching for what times the trick or treaters would be coming to our house.

On a side note, if one doesn't want trick or treaters, disable the door bell.;) I'm waiting on a repair part for our doorbell and only later in the evening wondered why no trick or treaters had come calling.:o

I did go by around 7:30pm, lots of people & cops directing but no circus train at that time. I didn't wait around, think I'll try it on the 14th.
